What is
Sadaqah?
Helping others is a cornerstone of faith, embodying the spirit of compassion and generosity.
Sadaqah is a voluntary act of charity and is a powerful way to help improve lives, offering support wherever it’s most needed—through emergency relief, healthcare, education, or sustainable development projects.
Our prophet (ﷺ), being the character of generosity, emphasised this act. He (ﷺ) said: “The believer’s shade on the Day of Resurrection will be his charity.”
– Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 604
